Absolutely — we love showing off the collection! Reach out to schedule a time to visit and see the pieces in person. Photos are great, but nothing compares to seeing the quality up close.

Late May through early October is ideal for outdoor events in Utah. June and September tend to offer the most consistent weather — warm days, cool evenings, and low humidity. July and August work well but can be hot at lower elevations. For mountain venues near Huntsville and Ogden, summer evenings are naturally cooler. We help clients plan around seasonal conditions so your event looks and feels perfect regardless of the date.
Event rental pricing in Utah varies by the type and quantity of items. Table and chair rentals typically start around $8–$15 per piece, while linens, centerpieces, and lighting packages vary based on style and event size. We offer custom quotes for every event so you only pay for what you need. A complimentary consultation is included so we can walk through options and pricing together before you commit.
A day-of coordinator handles the timeline, vendor communication, setup details, and any surprises so you and your family can be fully present. Even well-organized couples benefit from having someone manage logistics on the day itself. At Green Acres, our coordination services cover everything from vendor walk-throughs and rehearsal management to full day-of execution — so nothing falls through the cracks.
The Ogden and Huntsville area offers a range of event venues — from mountain meadows and barn settings to modern indoor spaces. Green Acres Events & Rentals is based in Huntsville, just east of Ogden, and serves events throughout the Ogden Valley, Salt Lake City, Utah Valley, and Logan areas. We also provide full event design and rental services, so you can pair your venue choice with coordinated styling and decor.
Full-service event design means we handle your event from concept to cleanup. That includes an initial design consultation, mood boards and concept development, rental selection and coordination, vendor recommendations, timeline planning, day-of setup and styling, and post-event teardown. It is designed for clients who want a cohesive, professionally designed event without managing every detail themselves.
Yes. We design and coordinate corporate events including holiday parties, team celebrations, product launches, and company retreats across Utah. Our services scale from intimate executive dinners to large company gatherings. We handle rentals, decor, layout planning, and day-of coordination so your internal team can focus on the event itself rather than logistics.
A good event planner listens first, plans around your priorities rather than a formula, and handles the details you should not have to think about on the day of your event. Look for someone who offers a free consultation, shows examples of past work, communicates clearly about pricing, and has strong vendor relationships in your area. At Green Acres, every event starts with a one-on-one design session so we understand your vision before recommending anything.
